范正哲，男，黑龙江大庆人，1990年10月生，中共党员，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。长期从事区域构造演化、造山带岩浆作用与深部壳幔过程、盆山耦合等研究。现为东北石油大学地球科学学院教师、地球信息与技术系主任。
先后主持国家自然科学基金1项，厅局级项目2项。发表SCI论文10余篇，其中第一作者/通讯作者5篇。

2008年9月～2012年7月：中国地质大学（北京）地质学专业，获学士学位；
2012年9月～2015年7月：中国地质大学（北京）构造地质学专业，获硕士学位，导师：张达教授；
